the front desk staff offered cava and hard candy upon my arrival, a nice touch. i also received a handwritten note from the manager with a box of those candies later that day. the hotel's bar and restaurant were active and cute. staff was always ready to provide recommendations and assistance.
my room was not very clean with too much dust everywhere, i am allergic to dust. i was overreacting and cannot breathe well in the room.

The hotel is near many attractions. They were always a walking distance. i was able to walk to the sites i wanted. It was so much fun. transport was also very accessible. The location is amazing.

during check out, a piece of my luggage was stolen. the hotel staff offered no insurance. i am disappointed by this.

I was disappointed that the air conditioning barely worked. The room was uncomfortably warm. also, the housekeeping was not thorough. I noticed dust accumulation in several areas, mainly around the furniture. this.
