handwritten note active bar restaurant assistance
the front desk staff offered cava and hard candy upon my arrival, a nice touch. i also received a handwritten note from the manager with a box of those candies later that day. the hotel's bar and restaurant were active and cute. staff was always ready to provide recommendations and assistance.
my room was not very clean with too much dust everywhere, i am allergic to dust. i was overreacting and cannot breathe well in the room.

I admire its thoughtful details and creative design, it shines. quality is clearly emphasized here. i felt welcomed by great hoteliers. They were so kind. i would book this gem again, it is so sweet.
The room got some dust. I have allergies, so this was not good for me.

The front desk welcomed me with cava. It felt luxurious. the restaurant employee was kind and professional to me. the staff were attentive. It reminded me of i could ask anything.

The hotel is near many attractions. They were always a walking distance. i was able to walk to the sites i wanted. It was so much fun. transport was also very accessible. The location is amazing.

Breakfast offered many fresh fruits. Each was very tasty. i like the cheeses and meats selection. Each feels fresh. the staff kept an eye on me, i felt so welcome.

clothes steamer clean room stolen luggage no insurance
my room had all necessities. i found even a clothes steamer there. the room were clean and great.
during check out, a piece of my luggage was stolen. the hotel staff offered no insurance. i am disappointed by this.

poor air conditioning accumulated dust
the hotel's location was acceptable for walking to nearby attractions.
I was disappointed that the air conditioning barely worked. The room was uncomfortably warm. also, the housekeeping was not thorough. I noticed dust accumulation in several areas, mainly around the furniture. this.
